Retention Implementation · after the Diagnostic Sprint

Turn your retention strategy into lasting change.

Your Diagnostic Sprint identified what's driving churn and where your biggest opportunities lie. Now it's time to put the right systems, processes and coaching standards in place.

I work alongside your leadership and coaching team, providing the specialist expertise, frameworks and strategic direction needed to improve your client experience and strengthen retention.

I lead the strategy. Your team implements. I make sure the work meets the standard.

Why work together on it

Knowing what to fix is one thing. Knowing how to fix it is another.

Improving retention isn't as simple as introducing a few new processes. It often means rethinking how your programme is designed, how your coaches deliver it and how clients experience it.

And figuring all of that out internally takes time, energy and resources. Your leadership team can spend months researching, testing and refining changes, pulling their attention away from running and growing the business.

That's where I come in. I bring the behavioural science expertise, proven frameworks and strategic direction to help you get there faster, without reinventing the wheel.

I work alongside your leadership and coaching team, providing the resources, training and feedback they need to implement the right changes, without months of trial and error.

Your team owns the implementation. I bring the expertise to save you time, avoid costly mistakes and get it right.

“We've tripled our revenue, moving from a 4-month lifetime value to over a year.”

“It's been 8 months since we started working with Ella and honestly, it's proved to be one of the best investments we've ever made as a company. She's been with us through some of our most challenging times, helping us find clarity, direction, and confidence in what we're building. With her help, we've completely rebuilt our program around psychology, and since making that transition, we've tripled our revenue, moving from a 4-month lifetime value to over a year. This was the result of creating a program that genuinely serves people better, while reducing the load on our team, making their work more meaningful, and helping them deliver a service they're proud of.”

FAQ

Questions founders ask

Can I start with implementation?

Implementation usually follows the Diagnostic Sprint, because the sprint shows which priorities will make the biggest difference to your retention. If you already have a clear retention priority, book a call and we'll work out the right starting point together.

Which option is right for us?

It depends on your priorities and your team. Implementation Lite suits teams that can execute independently with expert direction and review on one priority area. Implementation Intensive suits businesses tackling several priorities or a more complex change, and wanting closer involvement from me.

Who from my team will you work with?

You and your leadership team, plus the coaches and team members involved in the changes. Training sessions are for whoever needs them.

How long does implementation take?

It depends on the scope of the changes and your team's capacity to execute them. Some businesses prefer a concentrated period of intensive work, while others need support over several weeks or months. We'll agree on the scope, timeline and level of involvement before starting, so everyone knows what's expected.

How much does it cost?

Implementation Lite starts from £4,500 and Implementation Intensive from £10,500, which can be split into three monthly payments. We'll agree the exact scope on the call.

Is the Client Success System included?

Yes. You get full access, and I tailor how you use it to your business.

What happens after implementation?

You'll have a roadmap for your remaining priorities. If you'd like ongoing support, you can continue with an advisory partnership.
